Let's Build Something Scalable Together
If you're building a company around your expertise and want to ensure your infrastructure can support long-term scalability, begin with the diagnostic process.
For most of my career, I’ve worked at the intersection of insight and infrastructure — helping founders translate powerful ideas into operational systems that can actually sustain growth.
Many leaders have deep expertise, but building the structure that allows that expertise to scale requires a different kind of thinking. My work bridges that gap by transforming insight, vision, and knowledge into operational architecture.
My background is rooted in my architectural training, giving me a strong foundation in structure, sequencing, and systems thinking—so I can take a vision and turn it into a clear, actionable plan.

Whether working inside organizations or advising founders, I have consistently approached problems the same way an architect approaches a building:
That mindset informs the Infrastructure Integrity Diagnostic.
Rather than applying generic business frameworks, my process starts with the founder--their expertise and vision. Then through the lens of architecture, I identify where gaps may exist and what must be strengthened to translate founder expertise into infrastructure with the capacity to grow and scale.
My theological training and leadership formation deeply shaped how I approach strategy work.
Through my seminary experience, I honed my gifts of discernment, listening, interpretation, and translating complex ideas — skills essential to working with founders whose businesses are built around intellectual expertise, advisory services, or mission-driven leadership.
Before infrastructure can be built, the founder’s expertise must be clearly articulated and translated into a structure others can understand and deliver on.
This ability to move between vision and structure is what allows the diagnostic process to bridge inspiration and operational architecture.
These diverse experiences inform the methodology used in the Infrastructure Integrity Diagnostic today. My work includes:

Across nonprofit, higher education, financial services, and mission-driven businesses.
